NikeLab ACG gives us a very first look at their upcoming Holiday 2015 collection via two heavily stylized images. Exploring the concept of lifestyle innovation, the Swoosh’s signature materials get taken to the next level with the help of Acronym co-founder Errolson Hugh’s knowledge of fit, apparel construction and functionality.
In total we get a glimpse of a 2-in-1 long bomber jacket, woven pants and the Flyknit Lupinek SFB.
The former features Gore-Tex fabric, an angled hood, a comprehensive strapping system and a liner.
The trousers are constructed of a water-resistant woven material, while the fit of the pant is born from the ready stance in sports.
Lastly, the tech kicks are built off of a data-informed design, featuring leather in areas where the foot gets coldest and Flyknit in areas where the foot gets warmest. Memory foam in the collar provides extra stability, while a double-tongue construction ensures weather protection and fastens (via a button) to an inner layer, allowing the wearer to tuck lace tips in between the two layers.
The NikeLab ACG Holiday 2015 collection will be available on December 3 from nike.com/nikelab, at Nike Store Berlin and Soto, Firmament, 1st OG Zurich and Nigh Cologne.
