Last offered in “Metallic Gold” the popular Nike Air Foamposite One is set to make its return once again this summer in the new “Gone Fishing” theme.
While we’ve provided you images of the forthcoming silhouette, the model essentially dons a Dark Emerald upper which emits a subtle iridescent sheen in various lighting to capture the same visual aesthetic that water gives off. Additionally, the scales of a fish are emblazoned across its entirety to further encapsulate the theme, alongside the skeleton of a fish situated on the heel instead of the traditional 1 cent logo.
Offset by Black and Challenge Red accents across its tongue, laces, lining and pull tabs, the sneaker is rounded out by its distinctive carbon fiber detailing on the midsole, all while resting atop a translucent outsole unit.
To reenact the feeling of “gone fishing”, it seems that the sneakers will be packaged in a special netted dust bag to cap it all off.
Expect to find the Nike Air Foamposite One “Gone Fishing” at Nike accounts starting June 20th for $250.
